This is the part of town where the outlook is the point, and the houses that sell here are typically built in 2010. The median sale lands around $1.2 million across 182 sales, so budget for the upper end of the valley before you start touring. Homes go from listing to sale in about 11 days. Owning here means a house sized to its site lines, with the exterior, the drive and the grounds all yours to maintain. Ask what the seller has done to the mechanical systems and whether any of the site work, such as retaining or drainage, has been touched since the house went up.
